From dreams... Google AI assistant listens to all conversations and iPhones have similar issues with it have Siri and Chatgpt integrated into it... Or as Apple brand it - Apple intelligence with Siri and ChatGPT integrated

Therefore Faraday bag up Bois! Sell your phones for Nokia brick phones and turn off Google AI assistant or install a modified OS on the phone such as lineage or grapheme OS. 

I don't own an iPhone so can't investigate if you can turn off Apple intelligence. But even still there is no way to guarantee that you know it's turned off as there's no way to look at the underlying way iPhone works being closed source. So all I can recommend for now is turn your phone off when not specifically using it if you own an iPhone.

There is a way to turn off Google AI assistant, but again no way to see if it's legitimately turned off in the lower level kernel code and I don't have resources to verify this. Of course with how easy modern day smartphones are to hack and break into through various integrity violations it's difficult to say if even owning a smartphone current day is a wise decision. But I digress.

I recommend Grapheme OS and have had no issues with it in the past...

Although modern day I consider Apples iPhone and Grapheme OS the most secure phones today for those on the *cough* *cough* redlist... Or TI's

For reference to turn off Google AI assistant in stock android goto Google app - Top Right account - Settings - Google assistant - General - Turn off through the slider. Also perhaps disable the app all together. But as I say I don't have the resources or manpower to fully verify if it's genuinely switched off, perhaps a task for someone with more skills than I to look into the lower level running of android devices to attest and verify if Google AI assistant is actually turned off.

From my experience this does seem to turn off Google AI assistant however.

Of coure regardless, modern day smartphones are the top priority for any know-how hacker as they are the most used devices by individuals modern day. Therefore more emphasis should be placed by individuals on securing their smartphones devices.

As I mentioned Graphene OS with a modern day pixel or an iPhone - not the latest but iPhone that still has security updates. Please do your own research from reliable sources.
