ChatGPT 5 Doesn't Know The Time Between Prompts

Gave ChatGPT the same prompt and it would seem that repeating the same prompt, it wasn't able to distinguish between the timing of the prompts.

Thus ChatGPT is forced to hallucinate and come up with some guess work as to how long the prompt was given between the next.
